Cancellation Policy

At The Mystic Holistic Studio, I aim to create a respectful and relaxing experience for every client. Please review the following booking policy to ensure a smooth process: Deposit Policy: To secure your appointment, you must pay a $20 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward the total cost of your session. Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary intake forms or discussions. This ensures that your session time is fully dedicated to your healing experience. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you may do so at no additional cost, provided you notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Your deposit will carry over to your new appointment. Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, cancellations without rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future session. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Depending on the time available, it may result in a shortened session or rescheduling of late arrivals m. Health and Safety: For the comfort and safety of all clients, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any contagious symptoms.
